Ordered that gorgeous and well-rated Wilson Combat "Recon" barrel for my wife's AR build. I thought stainless steel was a good look but nope! Wife wanted it to "match the rest of the gun."

Called Wilson and was able to get it coated in black before it ships. Another $40.00 but it is a custom rifle.

What's with the two button head cap screws on the handguard? They kinda detract from the aesthetics of the rifle to me...I would be chucking that guard up in the Bridgeport and champhering those holes and go to flat head cap screws. Wilson does make great stuff though good quality.
