JP recoil spring system

JP has a fully contained, guided spring recoil system, has anyone tested it on Grendel with any success?

Those look interesting. I think I'll wait for some reviews before getting one, though.

Just announced at SHOT last month, and not in stock yet at JPE, so best bet might be to contact JPE directly for info on how the system might work with the Grendel. Since they build Grendel rifles, they have probably tested it. (And wouldn't surprise me if the system has already been in use in the rifles they build, and the item is only "new" as an individual component.)

Their website says it will work with all AR calibers and variants. At $125 ea it will be a long time before I convert all of my rifles.

It hasn't yet been tested on the grendel. They're finishing testing on the Large frame (AR-10, LRP-07) platform. It's suspected that when used with one of thier ajustable gas systems , it should work as well on the grendal as it does my .223 wylde
