Help! Looking for this target

mdram, you have skills. I wonder how hard it would be to have all your targets put in a Sticky?

Here's a target I use a lot for load development. It works well once you're relatively zeroed and using similar loads for each aiming point. The aiming points are skewed towards the lower portion of the paper to aid in shooting groups at 100 yards when the rifle is sighted in for say 300. The grid lines are 1 MOA and the dots are 3/4 MOA. No dedicated fields for taking notes though. I suppose I could add that, but I've just been taking freehand notes or taking pics and loading note data later.

If loads aren't very similar, the 2 MOA spacing may end up too close together, so this 3 MOA spacing sometimes work better.
