Still working on this. I'm finding the TMK more finicky than the non-tipped SMK. Here's a thread if you haven't seen it already

I’ve used the non tipped SMK for a long time with great results in all my rifles. I tried the tipped SMK. I had to rework my loads and change the seating depth. I did not see enough improvement to justify spending more for the tipped SMK. In fact I like non tipped SMK better. And if I were going to spend more, I’d go w/Berger VLD target.

Clover leaf 5 shot groups at 100 yds off a bench/sandbags.

Still need to test at 300 prone.


I’ve had good results with Win 748
Excellent results with the 123 SMK and TAC. Still need to try TAC with the 107s
