Sightmark Wraith Question

I just ordered a Wraith and was looking for suggestions on an external battery pack. If anyone has used a particular battery setup and likes it let me know because the double A’s are only supposed to last 3-4 hours and I’d like to have a little more battery life and something rechargeable.

I have a Wraith, a Photon RT and a Thermion XM38.....

I use a small Anker PowerCore all the time on all 3 scopes and my cellphone when I am hunting.

It works great.

I own/use a Wraith. It's very easy on batteries.

I use lithium Ion rechargeable batteries and I get over 6hrs use out of them. Purchased off Amazon for $15 on a lightning deal.

The Wraith has a sleep mode that will extend your battery life, beyond the 6hrs. I like it, takes about a sec to come up, I use this a lot when changing locations and not needing to run scope.

If I used a external battery, I would use the smallest/lightest I could find. I rarely stay out more than 5hrs at night and I carry a spare set with me.

I’ve got several different sizes...

99% of the time I get in a box blind just before dark and stat there until 01 or 0200....

I don’t get to hunt much do when I do I try to make the most of my time.

My scopes do not ever go into sleep mode..... they are ready to shoot 100% of the time.

Buy my Ankers on Amazon..... keep gun on tripod.

I also use one to keep my hand held charged, It really eats batteries....
