Failure to eject/ bolt stuck

Over gassing can cause this problem also....the bolt starts to move and then stalls before the brass relaxes and releases it's grip on the chamber wall. I had this problem with a carbine with an oversized port. I had to plug and re-drill the gas port in order to salvage the barrel

Looking at the pic of the fired brass it appears to me there is "frosting" which is an indication of a rough chamber in need of more polishing.
It may be a factor in the the problem of failure to extract.

I had a similar issue with one of my Grendels. I fixed it by polishing off the sharp edges of the extractor claw. This was also a group buy bolt. My other group but bolt was fine.
