Thank you, I took this with an 11.5" barrel and made a long range shooter. A friend introduced me to the caliber and I was intrigued by the stories. I wanted something i can clang steel at more than 300m now I have it!
It really is a great lil round. It has replaced all my other hunting rifles except the 35wheelen. And it will be replacing that very soon. I'm working on a 35 grendel in a g2 frame for our primitive rifle deer season.
Well I might sneak the old 270 out once or twice a season just for old times sake and memories. But if push came to shove the grendel just gets it done for me in all my rifle needs.
