Grendel spring and buffer.

Its me again with a newby quietion. In the grendel do i use a standerd buffer spring and buffer or do i use a heaver spring and heaver buffer. thanks guys . by the way i am going to use a ace skeloton stock.

You can use a standard rifle buffer and recoil spring with the rifle-length ACE, since rifle buffers weigh 5.2 oz and most carbine buffers weigh 2.9 oz.

Standard rifle buffer and spring works great in mine.

If you shoot with a suppressor, I'd recommend a heavy buffer. I use a heavy buffer in everything for this reason. I use Slash's heavy buffers and springs. They are expensive but work very well. It also makes the AR platform more comfortable for my wife. Recoil is considerably lighter.
