Wouldn't be at all surprised if they had worked this all out in private with their lawyer, before they showed up.
'Course he can still be accessory to the felony... unless maybe he's the Denver Mayor's son... or Guv'ner's... yuk.

That's the mug shot from Monday morning. They were supposed to turn themselves in Sunday and didn't. So they got a visit at home a little past midnight. They allegedly went peacefully but a third person apparently got a bit unruly and was arrested for undisclosed reasons.
