Bout to order me a jp 18 inch lightweight grendel barrel and bolt combo, is there any users of that barrel on this site that could throw me some feed back on their barrel.

I have one of the JP 15 uppers.

It will do what JP promises which is a minute, and do so very regularly with a variety of bullets and powders.

The upper is pretty neat. Best balancing upper for standing position I have ever used due to the light barrel.

I've got their 22" variant and swear by it. Over 4K rounds through it, and will still hold MOA to 1000yds plus. Hell, this last weekend it held a 10" 4 shot group at 1430
