My first Grendel Build... any tips or advice?

I have no experience with this cartridge. I just purchased this kit off the forum and I'm going to pair it up with the Seekins Precision adjustable low profile gas block.

Should I use a different gas block?
Is an adjustable one worth the expense?
What are people using for a muzzle device?
