Whats your opinion on whats the better hunting bullet. Taking into account MV, effective hunting range and of course terminal ballistics. Amusing medium game as the target.

I'm wondering about the 125gr Nosler loaded with CFE 223. Wondering if 2250fps is possible with a 18in barrel? Looks like loading COL is at around 2.2?
