Nice stick you will have to keep us updated on the Lancer hand guard I have been looking at them. I am intrested how they hold up to having the bypod mounted all the time to them.

Thanks for the kind words guys! I'm really happy with this rifle so far. I have about 120 rounds down the tube. I'm loading 123 grain Hornady Amax with 28.0 grains of Varget in AA Lapua brass Cci Br4 primers. It is capable of shooting much more accurately than I can at this point. My trigger pin walked on me and I hadn't realized it, then I had two double taps in a row. Amazingly, at 100 yds the double taps impacted the same hole. I have been able to shoot five shot groups at 100 that all landed inside of a two inch shoot and see. The next time I get out to the range, I'll stretch it out to 300 and snap some pics.

I just got my trigger upgrade installed. I went with a Chip MCcormak 3.5 lb. What a huge difference. Now I just need to go back to the range and see if my groups shrink down.

Tell us about the Trijicon accupoint, i'm curious to know how it stacks up against other high end scopes like S&B, USO or Nightforce.

I would say that the Accupoint is just as clear as a NightForce, and it is built like a tank. It's a little heavy, but that's ok by me. The turrets click very positively and between 100-200 YDS, its seven clicks and 100-300 is 17 clicks repeatedly.You're supposed to keep both eyes open while shooting with these scopes. I usually do with most scopes anyway. I have the triangle post reticle and you just put it on your target and shoot. This reticle is for hunting more than target use but they make a mil-dot reticle as well. I was going to get a nightforce, but I'm glad I went with the trijicon. It definitely cost less and IMO is every bit as good. I wouldn't hesitate to get another.
