Got a chance to go antelope hunting for the first time this year. It was a Wyoming tag and I had an absolute blast! I had several close calls with nice bucks, but just never got the right shot at one. I could pretty consistently get within about 400 yards, but kept getting busted trying to close the distance more than that. So, on the last day of the season, I decided to take a doe after not seeing any bucks for a few days.

Very nice! The FDE goes well with the terrain there. Which number zone were you hunting in?

Congrats. Speed goats always get skittish when you try to get within typical rifle distance of them.
They show up near many of my shooting spots out in the West Desert in Utah.
Seems like mule deer, elk, and moose will get a lot closer to you and not care, as long as they arent in season.
In season, they know theyre being hunted.

They also know where "Posted" land is as well. It's frustrating when a monster buck is 50 yds away & you can't drop a hammer on him!
