ATF pulled a fast one over on an ignorant judge by changing the words from “single function of the trigger” to “continuous rearward pressure on the trigger”.

They were forced to admit in a subsequent court hearing that the Congressional definition set in 1934 was “single function of the trigger”.

These criminals will stop at nothing to violate and infringe on the people’s rights.

They take it as a personal challenge when the people are free for some reason.

Bold move. Fed judges don't like being lied to. It SERIOUSSLLLLLYYY pisses them off. And that being done overtly by someone in a public servicecposition who should know better? That better be an Obama judge, or someone is at real risk sleeping the night in jail over that move.

From page 19 of the order, a particularly apt statement...

"James Madison warned that “[t]he accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judiciary, in the same hands . . . may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” THE FEDERALIST NO. 47, at 301 (James Madison) (Clinton Rossiter ed. 1961). The crux of this case is that the executive branch has improperly usurped legislative authority by enacting criminal prohibitions that are beyond the scope of its legislatively granted authority. Now, Defendants seek to arrogate unto themselves the judicial authority as well by placing their actions beyond the reach of pre-enforcement judicial review. This is not and cannot be."

As part of this case, the ATF/DOJ/"Briben regime" is attempting to grab judicial review powers from the court. Something else the judges don't like to hear about (appropriately so!)
