I've been lurking this forum for a month or so and decided to register. I have a 20" grendel AR (pic and build list below), my third AR and second build, and I've been shooting it for just over a year. It's definitely my favorite rifle. I also reload 6.5 grendel, 9mm, and 223/556.

Thanks just_john. Being my second AR build, I wanted it to be the best AR that I could build and put a lot of time into selecting each component. And I can say it paid off, as the overall quality of it is better than my first build which is an Aero Precision with a 16" Ballistic Advantage 223 Wylde barrel. Everything just fits together a little better.

My goal of it was to have a long range AR that I could shoot out to over 500 yards and up to 1000. I have yet to take it over 300, though. Still looking for a long range. Also I wanted it for something that I could hunt deer and hogs with on occasion.

sundowner my wife is from Milwaukee, and I know it and the Janesville areas well. I've been around the state and her family enough that I became a Packers and Bucks fan. And I love WI cheese curds and New Glarus beer! You betcha!
