On the uppers, how is the barrel extension sizing?

I use BCM exclusively due to the tighter diameter that makes thermal fitting necessary. BCMs are hard to get. Would the Aero Precision have the same tightness?

Not in my experience. Sample size of one. Not loose, but not a thermal fit.

In my experience, I'd tend to agree with biodsl: "Not loose, but not a thermal fit." Aero's claim to fame with their uppers is that they're square and true. I can measure the inside diameter if you like.
