Had a doe out on the front of the place just a bit ago, and Im guessing she was guarding a new fawn. There was a coyote trailing the doe, so I ran for the new Grendel. Put a 123 gr SST in him at about 150 yards. The wife is pleased that the fawn is safe for now. Ive been seeing that coyote (rather sad looking tail) on game cameras and hoping for a shot at him. I was going to go out tomorrow before dawn to try to get him, but now I can sleep late.
