New PF Criterion 20” 4 groove ?

My new barrel came in today, I didn’t see it on Mark’s website so I didn what I shouldn’t have and assumed it was a 6 groove barrel. This sucker has 4. Anyone care to share their experiences with these barrels ? I have had 3, 5 and 6 never a 4 thanks

it'll be fine. a well made barrel with 4 grooves will shoot just fine. same with 5 and 6 too. i've had them all. if they're good, they'll shoot that way.

My 6mm ARC barrel from PF is a 6 groove Criterion...

Most of the star gauged barrels meant for M1903A4 sniper rifles in WWII were 4 groove barrels. Some of them just had 2 grooves & were very accurate. I suspect your 4 groove barrel will shoot just fine.
