New CZ 527 is Grendel from PA

Hello,
Replacing my Remington 243 with a CZ 527, hoping for 1/4" groups like my 243. Woodchucks and deer are the main quarry, but don't let a coyote/fox/bobcat cross my path.

If any of you have a favorite reload for varmints and a favorite one for deer...wanna pass it on? It'll give me a place to start when I start my reloading, once I rather up some components. Any suggestions on what I need?

Welcome to the forum dwinmeade! I have a Cz 527 American with 6.5 Grendel and my stock needed a little wood removed to completely free float the barrel. My factory trigger was pretty rough but my gunsmith Friend helped it quite a bit. I think it’ll be fine with a little more use. I can’t shoot 1/4” groups but the accuracy of my Cz has improved with use.
