Ross Defense UniMags?

Anyone ever heard of them, or used them? Supposedly they can be used with a lot of different calibers.

I believe the Unimag was introduced in 2017 and the original mags had issues not fitting in all mag wells. The later version seemed to fit better but there hasn’t been much discussion about the Unimag on this forum. I personally haven’t tried them as I have had good results with magazines manufactured for the 6.5 Grendel, (C Products, ASC, and E-Lander). Using google custom search I found a couple threads.

Well they’re on clearance sale for $20 from Ross’ site, does that mean gen IIIs are in the pipe? Or just going away altogether? Don’t remember seeing these for under $30 before.
I don’t see much on these but the design seems clever, just too pricey for me w/shipping to order just one, and no one else ever had em in stock when I was ordering other stuff.

I run 6 different calibers in ARs but prefer dedicated mags that are marked/tagged with caliber.
