An absolutely cruddy night to be hunting. I thought things would be drying out after all the rains, but instead I was met with fog and mist and ended up going home soaking wet despite the fact that it had not rained.
The first group of hogs would not cooperate and stayed on the neighbor's property.
The next hog I stalked across one property only to have it cross the road and I had to drive around and restalk it. I shot it at the first opportunity.
The varmint shooting worked out really well. I set up in one spot immediately in front (south) of the landowner's house, shot a skunk to the west, armadillo to the east, and then another armadillo way off to the south.
Went home soggy...
