My Lss-xl, like FL's, is doing well although I confess I'm a bit, well, hampered by the current unpleasantness.
I've found using the dura-mags work the best with it.
It will mostly shoot the 123 class and some 100 ttsx's.
Getting Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat MV's out of it.

Weird how two people can use the same thing and get different results.My RAP came from the factory with a 20 round Duramag.Had feeding problems in the RAP with it. Tried It in an AR 15 Grendel and It also had feeding problems.So I chucked it.

i have the ranch now with the 16" barrel, i've got an mdt-lss xl gen 2 on a howa (it was 1 lb 12 oz fyi), i've done my first ranch as a sleek light little carbine as minimal approach as possible, i'd like to do a second one in the mdt chassis with their folding stock adapter(7.5 oz), with the RAR folded it will be 27", and with tube/nut, magpul ctr, some 2.5 oz weavers and maybe 11.4 oz leupold it will land around 9.5 lbs all up with a 3.5 oz sling, much easier to add a 45 degree reflex or light laser combo on chassis rig covered in m-lok possibilities, with those gizmo's added it will be around 9.75 lbs all up, obviously big fat heavy scope will take things way up there in weight, but you could ditch the half pound folding stock adapter to compensate, there comes a point where this will not be as handy as it looks for anything but rested shooting, i'm loving the build i did with RAR #1, i'm scoped/slinged/loaded with 10 at 7 lb 7.5 oz, that's handy af on a two point sling
