Bolt goes into battery when reloading a new full mag

Exactly what the title says.it happens randomly but I wish it doesn’t happen at all. i just barely tap the mag when the bcg goes into battt I have the JP enhanced Grendel bolt in a cryptic coating bolt carrier and the Phase5 Extended Bolt Release. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could give me some advice on why and what I can do to get rid of this issue. I scares me when it happens. Lol. thanks in advance

It's the extended bolt release. Take it off and put on a standard bolt release and the problem will go away.

Thanks for your response A5blaster. I suspected that too. As convinient as it is I guess it’ll have to be replaced. Thanks
