Can anyone reccomend a decent 13" handgaurd for a rifle length gas .875" dia. And I'll be using a JP or SLR adjustable gas block. Its for a 22" .224 heavy bbl. With a side charge upper and bolt.

Seekins sp3rv3 12 or 15 inch will give you more then enough clearance over that gas block barrel combo and 've nice and flat for bench shooting.

Spikes BAR rail and the Aero Precision rail both are fairly large ID/OD
