While waiting for my PF Criterion barrel I bought an Odin Works barrel to keep me busy. It arrived yesterday so I stuck it in an Aero Precision M4E1 enhanced upper. The storm has not got here yet so I went shooting today.

The outing was mostly for function and to kinda break in the barrel. No complaints. Rifle functioned 100% and was shooting right at MOA without trying too hard. Most rounds were 123 gr Sierra HPBT with 31.2 gr CFE.

I'll be completing a dedicated lower for this with a LaRue MBT trigger and Magpul rifle buttstock. Also have a 6x24 scope on the way.

I have to add that I love Nevada. I can drive a few minutes and have wide open spaces like this to shoot.

Once you start shooting steel, it really gets fun. Boring within 700yds, so you have to set the steel out a bit.

I typically load to mag length, 2.255-.260. These are my first Grendel loads so I'll be playing with them some.
