Finished and finally some testing done.

Finally had time to find some loads that this setup likes.
Bartlein 18" barrel with Seekins brake.
Gibbs upper with SLR adjustable gas block and handguard
POF lower with Geissele High Speed National Match trigger and Luth-ar MBA-3 stock.
HorusVision 4x16 scope.
I have some other powders to try but a couple of these loads with 8208XBR between 27.6 and 27.9gr with 123gr A-Max are about all I need.
Testing has been really tough, I am getting cataracts in both eyes and can not see the cross hairs or target clearly, so I am really happy to see that the build works as good as I had hoped.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get a better sight picture with the cataracts I would love to hear them. They are not bad enough for surgery yet, so that will be a while.

Beautiful rifle! I've seen a number of hunters suffering from vision issues undertake the relatively new laser eye surgery with phenomenal results. I know you say they arnt bad enough for surgery yet... but the right doctor would probably be willing to work with you.

Wife went to Eye surgeon for cataracts was told they were not bad enough, went back to opthamologist asked why if the prescription for her glasses did not change why was everything blurry why can't she read road signs at a normal distance and why is there all kinds of dazzle at night with on coming lights. Got sent back to surgeon, in a week or 2 she gets surgery on first eye.

Dont always take the first no if they are affecting your vision reading shooting etc.

Thanks for the advice guys. I am going back in for another check up in a few months. My Eye Doc has been real good about just letting him know when I reach the point of having to have it done. One thing, for me, is I am not really comfortable having my eyes worked on. So I might be putting off getting things fixed more on the concern about the surgery than anything else. Have to see how blurry things look next time I go back. That night driving, especially in the rain or snow is a bummer. Thanks for the advice.
