its a konus pro m30 i love it not the vortex i want but its european glass, a no bs replacement, etched retical if run over it with your truck they will replace it and its in the 400$ range

ya ill probley coat it it would look dunmb i think to do sand and fde then have a stainless barrel and it being stainless is gonna produce a glare and go against what im trying to do

Bead blast with black Magic, it give a really nice finish that the coatings hold to very well.

Cerakote applied professionally will only add longevity for sure, and value to a firearm. You basically have an aesthetically-appealing, corrosion-proof, smooth, non-reflective finish that defeats acids, human oils, and other environmental factors that age metal and plastic. I just got a new air-gun set and mini compressor to save on over-spray, as well as do finer details when I do Cerakote finishes. I coated my AA stainless Grendel pipe first thing with FDE. I even like coating the gas tubes when installed. It will shed surface heat and not discolor like stainless in the white.

ya i have a mini gun and a nice airbrush set up... im going to try micro-slick on the bcg and inside the upper fo the beowulf...the grendel is nickle borion so no need there...im gonna coat the barrel just need to figure a color combo it will be sand and fde im just not sure what order,i was gonna go sand on the whole thing then fde all the accsessories but on the barrel ,do i do sand and fde the brake or other way around...and warped this stuff will stick to anything no problem even stuff u dont want it to ..lol

Looks like OD or another darker color was used before the net was placed over it to do the lighter colors.

i recieved a free color swatch folder of cerakote and its really got me thinking of suff for the grendel that burnt bronze is cool if i can find a color to comliment it
