DIY side charge upper and bolt

Hi guys, just curious if anyone has a template or blueprint for a standard forged upper to be made side charge. I am getting an used DPMS recon upper with bcg for $250 and there is a new manufacturer building uppers and lowers about 10 mins from the house. Spoke to their crew today at the gun show and they said they would be willing to do it for me if I had dimensions. Figured I'd cast a line and see if anyone in the horde could help me out. This would be for a standard upper with left side charge only. Thanks guys.

i have the LAR its everything you could want in a side charger the stoner isn't currently in stock but unless you are just looking for a project....
