We now have adjustable gas blocks, tubes, keys and bolt carriers. Lot's of choices!

There's another manufacturer with an adjustable gas bolt carrier as well. I'll have to find it. There are also at least 2 adjustable gas keys. Sun Devil and Rubber City Armory.

2a-Armament makes one as well, looks very similar to Gemtech's but you can adjust the carrier without having to disassemble which would be nice. It's also a lightweight design.
