I'm assuming these don't come with the barrels. I was looking are precision firearms website and didn't see any barrel extensions.
Can we use any barrel extension with M4 feed ramps or are there specific ones for 6.5 grendel?

As far as I know, PF's barrels come with the barrel extension, as do the majority of barrels made by other mfg'rs. I'm pretty sure that Grendel feed ramps are no different than those that come with 5.56 tubes, and most others.

Pretty much any time you buy an AR15 barrel, it's going to come with the extension, ready to drop-into an upper receiver.
