I like the NightForce Unimount. The AAD Mount is also a great piece of gear.
I also have the LaRue LT-112.
You're in the mid-$200's for all of those.
Pros: They are all quality, made in USA mounts. I haven't had return to zero issues. Use a quality torque tool to balance the torque on all your fasteners and mounting points.

Still debating if I want a 20 MOA rail riser and a set of rings or go with a 20 MOA scope mount. Which route is more suited for my situation. Only will be shooting long range targets.

Since you're essentially talking about a bench rider, for accuracy's sake, I would go with some kind of single piece mount. From a mechanical standpoint, the fewer interfaces and mount points, the better. Less to torque, align and maintain. LRRPF52's recommendations are all solid. In addition, I'd like to recommend the ADM 20MOA mount, which is somewhat less expensive (~ $190), is available with a 20MOA incline, as well as different heights. Mine has been absolutely solid and repeatable. Oh, and did I mention that it is also made in the USA, too?

I've used the Badger and GG&G 20 moa risers both work fine the GG&G allows for more eye relief. Makes it easy to swap scopes from bolt guns to ar's without removing them from the rings

Another vote for the Unimount, I picked up a used one off of samplelist.com and have been very pleased. My rifle was knocked over while leaning against a tree the first day of rifle season and it was still right were I centered it at 100 yards. I don't move my scope on and off the rifle so I don't need the quick change stuff.
The Unimount was suggested to me by LRRPF52, I have a bobro on another rifle but it's heavy compared to the Unimount.

Wow, 4.8oz (136grams) is light!
I have a few LaRue's but also a SPUHR (Sweden). SPUHR's cantilever mount is 240grams. The SPUHR is a solid beast and sits on my best rifle. Probably overkill, but when it is surrounded by thousands of dollars of quality gun I ended up giving in to temptation. It is the best mount I have but is also the most expensive.
Let us know what you think of the Ultralite.
(a lot of Nightforce's gear is made in their Idaho factory but why should we care where it comes from as long as it's the best and not made in the Middle East).

I went with a NF Unimount as well. For a while I had LaRue, Nightforce, and Geissele mounts sitting on my gun tool box. The NF was the lightest at just under 5oz, with the LaRue and Geissele at just over 7oz. The Geissele was the tightest fitting so I'm guessing it will return to zero better, but the weight was the biggest concern of mine. I like the NF so far and it looks right at home on my light hunting Grendel.
