It's great for shorter distances at 4x but really great at longer distances at 16x. Vortex scopes are highly recommended. The one thing I don't like, is that the tic marks do not have any numbers next to them. So when you are in a hurry to use for holdovers, you have to count the marks, rather than reference the numbers and count from yhere. I guess I will get use to it?
