What has happened to AA's customer service? I have sent them 3 emails concerning a problem with one of their uppers and, to my knowledge, none of the emails have been answered. Also, if you order 6.5 brass, you better count them to makes sure you receive the amount for which you paid.

I also got a response with an update on my order. I did get a response via email a month ago on a separate order but calling seems to be much faster.
