Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I looked on the WCI site and I can't find much info on their muzzle brake. Their is a price list page (http://www.wciproducts.com/web_files/Page488.htm) and then if you click on the grendel brake, you get some generic page (http://www.wciproducts.com/web_files/Page660.htm.)
Then, there's the templar site which is listed as selling them, too.....but the templar site has even less on it. I clicked on "products" and you get a page with no products on it. :confused:
SO, is Alexander Arms the only place to buy it? I haven't checked with them just because everyone says they are very slow to getting around to shipping anything.

I have not had enough time to finish my site as school and work takes up most of my day.
But Templar does sell them, Bob is too busy working on things to update the website.
The best way is to call or email either of us.
AA can take care of your order as well, they have brakes in 9/16x24 and 3/4x28 for others you need to contact me.

got my brake and tried it out this weekend. Felt like the rifle had more recoil than it did with the a2 flash hider. I d didn't recall my grendel having that much kick. One thing was for sure though, it's alot louder now! Lol.....got some looks at the range after the first couple shots.

What? I don't know how you can have that experience, thousands of customers have the opposite experience.
Could it be that you did not have ear pro on and it made you sensitive to the pressure wave?
I really want to know as there is not a way to increase recoil using the WCI, the more gas that is sent through it the better it works.

Is this the same rifle you reported to be blowing primers with factory Wolf MPT? What must be the lightest and least pressure producing Grendel load made?
This is the first time anyone has claimed that the WCI Brake doesn't work and more surprisingly that it somehow causes more recoil.
Your upper is screwed up somehow and you ought to get it fixed.

Gene, I too think there is something grossly wrong if that was his experience.
There is not a physical way to increase recoil using a WCI brake, it has the ability to work better as more gas pressure is introduced.
I know this because it gets shot with .338Lapua and .50BMG rifles.
The first guy that got his for Sig Blazer .338Lapua said it felt like a .308win to him.
He is in his mid 70's and has a bad shoulder too.

Yes. Same rifle. From everyone's replies here and in the wolf ammo thread, it found like I really need to send it in to AA for a serious checkup. This is getting frustrating as this is the only rifle I own that has issues.
