Watched the video of the rookie cop that froze once he saw the bad guy load his rifle, yelled to him drop it ! That was the cops Job Rite There To protect himself-- he lost , control-- he Froze == the brain cannot actually accept what is happening @ that moment=== we all call it, a surreal moment.
