All - just saw on a local TV station that AA is moving off of Radford arsenal and expanding. Evidently, they are hiring more and expanding production. Anyone have any gouge?

I opened the link to see AA has moved to Palaski. I got my hopes up for a second that it was Palaski TN. Unfortunately the new facility won't be within miles of me. dang it HAHA

As I reviewed the WSLS10 News Story Link, above, a new item for my short 2014 Wish List came to mind: an Alexander Arms 2014 variation on the theme of the attention-getting Magpul PDR Bullpup mock-up shown some years ago, complete with ambidextrous ejection, available in 12.5" and 16" barrel lengths, chambered for the 6.5mm Grendel --- and with a beefy 3-lug triangular Bolt!

Check out the bolt on the IWI Tavor. It's very similar and very reliable.

I don't question the reliability of the IWI Tavor Bolt, when used with the .223/5.56x45mm and .300 AAC Blackout cartridges. However, IWI has stated that it is too small for the 7.62x39mm, as reported here http://berettaforum.net/vb/showthread.php?t=98412&page=18 (Scroll down to Reply #180). Moreover, the corresponding layout of the lugs in the Tavor's Barrel Extension leaves a lot to be desired --- if cartridges with a larger case rim are being considered.
The 3-lug triangular Bolt shown with my Post, above, is from the Beretta RX4 / Benelli MR1 Tactical Rifle chambered for the .223/5.56x45mm. It is used as an example, only. I'd like to see a slightly beefier version, for the 6.5mm Grendel.

The article says AA is going to spend 2.88 moving. Does anyone know if any part of that money is going to be spent on the AA website to make it accurate in semi real time?

Personally I'd rather them spend it on production capability, so that ammo and component orders are shipping in ~4 weeks. Then work on the site.

I got it cory. Your saying AA should increase production capability to match the web site. Sounds like a better idea than mine. However, the evidence is...that over the last year AA has been more successfull bringing new products to market then it has keeping up with demand that allready exists. What I'm trying to say is in the the vacume of AA information, your have no assurance that AA is doing anything at all with the Grendel .IMO, a software update should be a priority in the move.
