A complete Forward-assist-assembly and dust-cover-assembly can be purchased from Brownells. Just type in 'upper receiver parts' and scroll through the pages until you find exactly what you want. Some kits include things you don't want so breaking it down to a couple of choices means you only pay for what you need.
