Using this logic, when an armed law enforcement officer approaches a civilian, the civilian should slam the officer to the ground and hand cuff him for their own protection. I hope they win a huge law suite and the officers get personally charged and sentenced to prison for violations of their first,second amendment civil rights and kidnapping.
