Guys:
This has nothing to do with the 2d Amendment.
The NYPD did their jobs. They busted people who were trafficing in stolen guns.
Bloomberg did what politicians do and use the incident to push his political agenda.
Bloomberg is no supporter of most of our freedoms so if you all want to write about Bloomberg, you need to cite a written policy of his that has had a real impact on the 2A outside of NYC.

You argue that anything is always a threat to everything.
Find something substantial that Bloomberg is doing right now that threatens our gun ownership and post it. I mean more than just his talk. You could clog the entire forum with the anti-gun talk from leftist politicians.

I thought the rule was "no personal attacks." Am I mistaken?
To return to the issue, as one recent example, Bloomberg illegally used NYC resources to fund the activities of his Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Since it is a crime to do that, I argue that is indeed a substantial transgression against the RKBA.
If anyone here seriously doubts that Bloomberg has dedicated his money and public money to his anti-RKBA agenda or doubts that he has made substantial attacks on the RKBA (and other rights), I would love to hear what they have to say.

The point is that the only issue here is one you think is an issue.
No one doubts that Bloomberg is anti gun. No one doubts he supports any and all anti-gun initiatives.
All I asked was that you posted something that is relevant to the gun issue as it stands today.
You didn't so this thread is now locked unless Bill wants to open it again.
