Well, not to be outdone by their brethren in the senate, the Illinois House is voting on a ban tomorrow in an effort to sneak one through with no notice. Too bad for them, people noticed. These cretins just refuse to give up their plans to disarm the people of Illinois and make them pay for it, too. If you're in Illinois, or have family there now's the time to have them flood the house phone banks.

Apparently the chair of the House Judiciary Committee will not be calling the gun ban up for a vote. That would indicate that they do not have the votes. Gun owners in Illinois have been heard. Now remember, the lame duck session continues to Wednesday. After Wednesday, all bills die and will have to be reintroduced in the next session of the new legislature. We are not out of the woods yet, but it would seem that we’ve beaten back this early attack. They will attack elsewhere in the mean time. Rest is for the weak.

Good news from Illinois.
Alright you guys... I went onto Wilson tactical combat's site--I'm looking at the 7.62x40WT-as an option-or a replacement to the smaller-5.56 unit, which I dragged my feet=too long to find one now.
Check out his(Wilsons) statement about current thoughts-events. It put me at ease-somewhat. We the rifle bearers, are the protectors -behind the scenes-of our nation. Think--quiet-silent militia-of law abiding citizens, that love our country-promise not to instigate any troubles- yet we are here to help-protect and defend as needed.
Our fellow citizens that are in LE, Mil.=I don't think they would follow orders to take from us-anything. Would-could you do that? Think positive, or plan to hide. I won't give up lint-yet I think we'll collectively find a solution-that is not too bad. Read his statement, then pop a thought. I actually smiled a bit today.
