Could not resist this SOLGW 6.5G barrel deal... - m796rider - 12-07-2023 Sons of Liberty Gun Works marked down their 13.9" midlength 1:8 Grendel barrel from $319 to $144 for Black Friday. I could not pass that up. So I reconfigured my Six8 Grendel build with the SOLGW barrel, midlength furniture, and my trusty ol' RT6 LPVO. I like the eyebox much better on the LPVO vs the 5x prism previously mounted. The barrel is gassed perfectly for Hornady factory 123gr ammo, and riiiiight on the edge for my 100gr Match Monster handloads (AA2200).
