I just got a new BCA upper today, I have been loading my COL @2.260 for my other 2 rifles, mag length, so I tried loading a round that normally shoot well from my other 2 rifles, I tried to load 1 by hand, out of the lower, would not go! so I put the upper in a lower to put spring pressure on the round, it would not eject! I got the case out, but the bullet was stuck, and it pulled the bullet and case apart, upon ejection, bullet was stuck in the barrel or chamber, This was with a Hornady 123gn ELDM, this is something I have not experienced with my other 2 rifles, I do have the Hornady COL gage and modified case to check the COAL at touch or jam length, but I did not try this prior to loading this round, What do you guy's think has happened here? what are your measurements for using this bullet?

BCA is what happened.
Your throat is way too short, so the bullet is being jammed into the rifling firmly enough that it isnt coming out.
This also spikes pressures dramatically in many instances as there is no jump/pressure relief.
Especially with a bullet like the secant ogive 123gr ELD-M, this should not be happening.
Your chamber is not to spec.

With the crazy crap bca does sometimes, might want to check if you got yourself a 6arc barrel. That's on the extreme end of stupid and the above mentioned is probably more in line with reality.

I know BCA is not an upper tier upper, but IMO they work, I have several in 223wylde, and 1 other 6.5Grr 18'' I have absolutely no issues with them, they have been reliable and accurate for me, now back to my issue with this 1, so you guy's think the chamber is out of spec? It is stamped 6.5Grendel 1&8 on the barrel, I'm going to check out everything with the tools I have and will get back to you on this!

As the guys are saying, it is shorter than SAAMI spec.
Factory ammunition is typically manufactured shorter than SAAMI to fit in any rifle out there. If bullets are being dragged out of the case on being loaded into battery and then extracted without firing (spilling powder everywhere) it means they are jamming in the throat. This means either the ammunition is too long, or the chamber is too short. More likely the chamber is too short. Regardless, they should have checked it with gauges prior to sale.
Why put up with a barrel that can't shoot factory? Unless it shoots sub 0.5MOA I'd send it back.

I had 3 BCA's in a row with short throats (actually kept getting shorter). Upper #4 was finally cut to length, but giving me 5" groups at 100 yards with 2 handloads and Hornady Black. They finally just refunded my money and I moved on to a Hardened Arms upper that stacked them in a ragged hole at 100 yards.

I contacted them this morning to return it and have it fixed, if it doesn't shoot accurately after I get it back, I'll replace the barrel myself, I agree with your guy's assessment on the throat being out of spec, my other 6.5Grr 18'' BCA is very accurate with no issues, which is why I purchased another 1, its basically the same upper, but this 1 had issues,
