I have for offer one of Wayne's excellent hinged floorplate bottom metal systems for the Howa Mini

This one is extra special because I had it professionally hard-anodized instead of the usual Cerakote. It's been installed once, but never used. In short, I decided to go back to a magazine system, so I no longer need it. My loss is your gain.
