I have around 1100 to spend on a 6.5 Grendel rifle. What is a great brand to start with. PSA or Bear Creek or any suggestions

Neither of the ones you mention, the Lilja, yes. 2 vendors on here have them, also direct from the lilja website.

At up to 1100 you're looking at a premium barrel, which is good to be sure!
