I am not finding many options for 10-11 complete uppers that do not cost an arm and a leg (under $500). Basically there is Pro2A and Moriarti. The former uses BCA barrels, which honestly might be fine for my needs. The latter wont return my requests for information about their products. Any other options? Got too many other priorities in my life to do a build right now.
I know there are a lot of 11.5-13 options, but 11 is the absolute max I can use for this particular purpose.

Best bet is buy a complete psa upper and swap out the barrel for what you want. Precision firearms usually has premium short barrels for very cheap.
