Micro Trophy Hunting Concept - Double Naught Spy - 08-25-2019 The hunting of micro mammals in England and Europe is something that garners considerable attention. I thought, why stop there? Why not give it the respect that it deserves and set up micro trophy ranches? People can pay small bucks for for small opportunities to take home the micro trophies of their dreams. The Grendel certainly seems to be the right gun for the job and after consulting with Chad at Custom Reloads of Dallas, I started off with one of his Nosler 140 gr. BTHP rounds that seemed to handle the job quite well. So this is just a fun little video I put together. The shooting is real. The analytics are real. After that, things get a little fuzzy... Ive watched a few videos of rat hunting with air guns and i would definitely do it. For some reason, there is something very satisfying about those videos. Originally when I started watching them years ago, nearly all the guys had DIY night vision made from converted camcorders (IR filter removed) jury-rigged on their rifles behind their scopes with everything from stryrofoam blocks, cardboard spacers, rubber bands, and tape.
