To answer your question directly, Satern barrels can be a good value. Satern barrels, which are a different line of barrels than the Liberty which OP is detailing, are cut barrels, and have been known to be quite accurate. The issue with them has historically been the amount of time from order to receipt. Un-predictable lead times were constantly reported, sometimes stretching to over a year for delivery.
The Liberty barrel is another subject, altogether. They are button rifled barrels which, generally speaking, can be relatively accurate. These are a lower end barrel than the Satern cut rifling barrels. They are more cheaply made, and are less expensive for a reason. The problem with them is that this particular line only comes chambered in something call a Grendel II variant. Without mincing words, the Liberty does not posses a true Grendel chamber, as detailed in the SAAMI prints. It lacks the signature compound throat, which enables the Grendel to accurately shoot a wide variety of ammunition with relative ease. The Liberty barrel is essentially a Grendel which has the compound throat completely bored out, making it closer to a 264 LBC, but with a larger throat (.300" vs. the 264 LBC's .295").
There is quite a bit of discussion on the board about some bad blood regarding these Liberty barrels, which is too lengthy to go into within the confines of a single post. The short of it was that a batch of SAAMI chambered Liberty barrels were purchased in a group buy, but with several showing pressure signs due to the chamber being cut too short. Fast forward to today, and Satern no longer makes the cheaper Liberty barrel with the true SAAMI specified Grendel chambering. It is only available without the SAAMI chamber.

No need to apologize. There are still those who might be interested in taking advantage of this product at that price point. The only heartburn I have with Saturn at this point in time is that they still advertise the barrels as Grendel, but ONLY reveal that they are “Grendel II” in the fine details.
