I'm ready to reload but, I don't know what brass length min & max trim size should be. Any tricks or techniques will be appreciated.

I'd just size the new brass to 6mm and shoot them all once. Then worry about the trim length of the brass.
Be cautious of the load data that you find online. It might be a little over zealous. Load the 6mm Grendel from square one....assume that the loads you see listed online are all max so back off accordingly.
Lastly, enjoy what the Grendel should have been! The 6mm is the best compromise in a cartridge this size.

Same as 6.5 Grendel. 1.520 max and 1.510 trim to length. I found that sizing virgin Starline 6.5 brass grew them about 0.004"
And I second what Zeus says. Start low really applies here - the Whitley data on 6mmAR is hot.
