Guilty of not following the herd mentality.
One is the sole parkland students who has been vocally supporting the second ammendment excercises his free rights to learn about 2A&guns in a safe controlled shooting range environment having never before owned let alone fired a gun in his life, gets hauled over coals by Sherrifs deputies for hurting the feelings of the herd.
Could it be because the sheriff is a political position? Kashuv has criticized the Broward County Sheriff and his band of incompetent men on Face the Nation for their lack of action regarding Cruz leading up to his attack and the school resource officerÂ’s cowardly behavior during the shooting.

Possibly a civil rights violation?
If I were that boy's dad I would already be lawyered up and fightin' mad.
Recently I had a friend and his 14yo son over for a basic firearms safety and training session (I have several NRA instructor certs and RSO). Then we went out back and did a little fam fire with a .22 pistol and an AR. Later conversation revealed that dad told son not to tell anyone at school for fear of reprisal. Huh? You're kidding, right?
Legal objects, legal activities (and fun and educational too), and somehow now someone (or groups of someones) has taken it upon himself to deem legal objects and legal activities as somehow bad, deviant, wrong, ...?

Kashuv sounds Russian. Mueller will probably interrogate him next and indict him for not reporting a dime he picked up off the street on his dad's tax return.

This is probably just a sad attempt at intimidation by the pathetic loser school cops, but the consequences can be quite serious.
As far as I can tell, Florida is not a state with special provisions for minor interrogation, so for the most part, this applies:

Now, you'll notice that anything the child says to an officer is admissible in court, so if Pop foolishly pushed a few rounds thru an unregistered filter suppressor, Pop is going to jail.
As my siblings (attorneys, both) have told me, ALWAYS decline to speak without an attorney:
"Am I under arrest?"
"Am I under suspicion of having committed a crime?"
"Am I considered a potential witness to a crime that's been committed?"
"Am I free to go?"
"Yes, I am. I'm free to go. Any further communication will be with my attorney or with my attorney present."
I've drummed this into my wife and daughter and young Mr. Kashuv needs to take note.
